Hello. My name is Dr. Farzad David Mahjoubi, MD, and I'm a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist.  I provide safe, comfortable, and effective Anesthesia for patients of all ages in the dental, tattoo, and outpatient setting. I do this without a breathing tube, and only via intravenous anesthesia. Rest assured you won’t remember the procedure, and you won’t have nausea or pain afterwards.

 

After attending the Chicago Medical School, I completed a 3 year residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Southern California, which included training at Children's Hospital Los Angeles & Los Angeles County Medical Center.  As a graduate of a medical residency in Anesthesiology, invaluable experience was gained in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.  Following my training, I joined the Anesthesia group at Northridge Hospital, where I was one of a few Anesthesiologists performing Anesthesia on Pediatric patients of all ages, including patients with special needs such as Down's Syndrome and Autism.
